Purposely, i wanted to cook Cha Siew, but dont know why, it turns out to be not edible. Hahaa.. Sad of course, but more to confuse.
I still have soup left from yesterday's dinner. But how bout others? I'm afraid they will feel hungry if only drink the soup.
Then I just remeber i still have brocolli n using it to make the simplest food !
Steam it for a while, stir fry it with garlic and onions. Put 2 (as you like :) ) eggs (put pepper, soy sauce, a bit salt first ). ANd omellete brocolli finished ! :)
Very efficient to those who are busy, and healthy - protein and vegetable in it !
