Cauliflower is a very healthy vegetable. It contains lots of fibre, vit C, and low in fat (VERY IMPORTANT ^^).
It has some sweet taste. You can just steam it, or stir it with garlic.
And for those who dont really like cauliflower but want to eat it, you can put it in curry.
I just cooked curry today and didnt have potatoes.
I changed potato with cauliflower. And it's yumm ^^ I like it. In fact, I prefer cauliflower to potato. Perhaps, it's because I feel very full when I eat potato (and it makes me fat ! HAHA)
So.. Try to eat healthy food ! :)
PS : You can put brocolli as well
