Tempura Udon

I always want to try cooking japanese food. I just have ever made sushi , tempura and japanese curry. The japanese curry is on the package already, so i dun know whether it is included in cooking or not :p

Anw, i just ate tempura udon today. I'm thinking how the clear soup taste so delicious. The tempura udon is udon in soup with tempura. I just want to know what is the soup made of. Cause it's so clear, but tasty. :)

Any idea everyone? :)
